Common Questions
The Speech Nest can support your family with:
- speech and language assessments
- intervention for speech sound disorders, speech delays or disorders, articulation, phonological delays or disorders, unclear speech, clarity or childhood apraxia of speech
- support for language development in preschool to early primary school aged children
The Speech Nest is committed to delivering high quality speech pathology services. As a sole practitioner, I focus on specific areas to ensure I have the necessary training, assessments and therapy resources to support your family. Therefore, there may be times I am unable to accept a referral or may refer current families to another Speech Pathologist. This may include feeding, AAC, voice, and later primary school aged language and literacy clients.
Please call, email or fill in the contact form so we can chat more about how I can help you. If I am unable to help, I will try to suggest alternatives.
The Speech Nest is located in Cardup, WA, just 10 minutes from Byford and 25 minutes from Baldivis. We operate from a home-based clinic, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment for your child's therapy sessions.
We offer weekday speech therapy appointments within school hours. Our therapy sessions run during the school term, with a break over the school holidays. These breaks are a valuable time for children to rest, recharge, and consolidate the skills they’ve been working on.
Please contact us to discuss current availability for a speech pathology assessment or for ongoing speech therapy sessions.
